仕事でお世話になっている映像ディレクターの谷田一郎さんと写真家の佐内正史さんが木彫り写真集を出版されました。それを記念して、昨夜は目黒のホテルクラスカにて出版記念パーティ。

昨夜のリアルタイム報告が載ってる佐内さんのブログ
トラバさせていただきましたっ。

写真集「Windows and Applen」のページ

写真は会場に並ぶ木彫りの裸婦達。以前谷田さんに、どうして木彫りを作ってるんですか？とお聞きしたんですが、その時の答えは「んー、なんとなく」。しかし写真集の後書きにはその理由が書いてありました。それは「楽しいから」。そしてこんな言葉もありました。「２０代はがむしゃらで３０代は頑張って４０代はもう頑張らない」。

写真集には、今年４０歳になられた谷田さんの「もう頑張らない＆楽しい」という空気感が溢れていて、とても心地よい仕上がりになっています。また、彼ら木彫りたちを街中にディスプレイして撮影した佐内さんのセンスも楽しい脱力感にあふれていて、なんだか心に風がそよそよと吹き抜ける感じ。折り返しに書いてある佐内さんの解説もユーモアと繊細さが同居していてポエティックで頭がくらりとします。

見る鎮静剤。眺めるニコチン。窓から訪れる風と、巨乳と林檎と我慢汁。是非書店で手にとってみてください。

わたくしの一冊にはお二人にサインをいただきました！
そんな自分も来年の１２月で４０ですよ…☆
